Today I have a Choice:

To be Joyous or to be Sad
To be Excited about myself or to feel badly about myself
To Believe in myself or to Doubt myself
To exist in the Now or to Obsess about Past/Future
To Transcend into the world of Infinite or to become Lost in the world of Illusions
To flow through life like a River, or to get caught into situations
To become immune to toxic influences or to take things personally and invite toxicity into my life
To experience Vitality or to experience Lethargy
To take charge or to wallow in passivity
Today I rejoice in the power of my choice.
